Poor Scouser Tommy

Apologies for the lack of any posts recently – a combination of a lack of time and a lack of transfer activity (the Johnson signing aside – I’ve already made my feelings clear on that, good signing if a tad steep on the financial side of things).

The Spanish lads have all gotten through the Confederations Cup without any injuries so hopefully they can all start on a well-earned holiday.

The only other significant news of late are the rumours that Fabio Aurelio is likely to be out for several months and facing surgery after freakishly injuring himself playing footie with his kids in his back garden – the story is doing the rounds and was allegedly broken by Dossenas agent?  No confirmation from any of the sources that matter yet so we’ll see.
